Step 1: Select your view property at 10 Plums

Step 2: Work with our custom homes’ team to design and plan your new custom home

Step 3: Establish an agreed to price for your new custom home and property, subject to establishing your guaranteed price on your current home

Step 4: Have your current house appraised by Wallmark’s realtor team, VPG Realty. Wallmark will then present you with our Guaranteed Price for your house.

Step 5: Agree to the Guarantee Price and start building your custom home and list your current home for sale. If your current home does not sell before your new home is ready for move-in, we will buy it from you for the Guaranteed Price we agreed to at the beginning
